Experimental video about allowing the socially unaccepted emotion ‘anger’

Joy is an always accepted emotion, no reason needed.
Sadness is only accepted when there is a ‘plausible reason’ (a die, an illness)
Anger is a socially unaccepted emotion.

Why isn’t this emotion allowed?
Isn’t exactly this repression the cause of physical and/or psychological problems
excessive and destructive outbursts, whether or not projected on other people?

Personally, I also never accepted anger. What would happen when I let this emotion in?
Would I even be able to surrender to it?
